Nothing is charged beyond the amount you offer. No platform fee on top, and no later additions.
Footage is deleted automatically after 14 days
Footage links and clips showing the player are erased 14 days after completion, and the whole record after 30. You do not have to ask for it — when the window is up, it goes.
Analysts join by invitation
Anyone cannot simply sign up. Only invited analysts take part, and the rating each analysis receives feeds into the next one.

Tactigo answers all three. An analyst watches the match through to the end and puts what worked, what to fix, and what to practise next into a single report.
The analysis report
The report has five parts, and they are meant to be read in this order.
Overall assessment
How the player’s game read across the match. The conclusion comes first.
What worked
Which moments were good, with the timestamp from the footage. Tap the time and the video starts at that moment.
What to improve
Also timestamped, and it puts into words *why* it happened, not just that it did.
Training plan
For each improvement point, what to do in the next session — drill steps and reference videos included.
KPIs (counted, not guessed)
Metrics chosen for the position, counted per period. What stays on the page is the actual number of times, not an impression.
A ~10-minute session is included
Whatever the report leaves you wondering, you can ask the analyst directly online (Google Meet).
Save the whole thing
The report and its clips download as a ZIP. Footage and clips are deleted 14 days after completion, so save them before then.
How an analysis runs
Where your request has got to is shown in the app at all times.
Step 1: Create the request
Enter the footage link, what you want looked at, and the amount you offer. Nothing is charged up to here.
Step 2: An analyst takes it on
The request reaches analysts who match, and the first to accept takes it. If nobody accepts within 3 days it closes automatically and costs you nothing.
Step 3: Payment
You pay the analyst who accepted, exactly the amount you offered.
Step 4: Analysis
The analyst writes the report period by period while watching the footage.
Step 5: Report and a 10-minute session
The report arrives. A ~10-minute online session (Google Meet) is there for your questions.
Step 6: Completion and rating
You rate the analyst and it is done. The rating can be changed within 24 hours.

Before accepting, nobody can identify the player
Analysts who have not accepted see nothing that identifies the player. Only the one analyst who takes the case ever does.
Analysts consent before they look
An analyst cannot accept a case without agreeing to the data-protection terms. What they agreed to is readable by the person who requested the analysis.
Everything has a deletion date
Messages after 24 hours, footage links and clips after 14 days, the whole record after 30 — all counted from completion, all automatic.
You can delete the whole account
With no case in progress, you can delete your account from the settings. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. Data is stored inside the EU.

Frequently asked questions
How do I hand over the footage?
An “unlisted” YouTube link works best: the timestamps in the report become jumps straight to that moment in the video. Links from other services work too, but they cannot jump — they only open the file.
Can the player request it themselves?
Yes. The account can belong to the player or to a parent, and it works the same either way. In practice parents request most of them, so the wording is written to read correctly for both.
How much does it cost?
Whatever you offer. Each analyst publishes an hourly rate per age group, and that is the floor. What you offer is what you pay, with no fee added. No money passes through Tactigo today — you pay the analyst directly.
How soon will it arrive?
Work starts once an analyst accepts. If nobody accepts within 3 days the request closes automatically, and in that case nothing is charged.
Who are the analysts?
Experienced young analysts studying the game in Europe. They join by invitation, and their past ratings stay attached to them.
What ages do you cover?
From U10 upwards. Because the footage can identify a player, the privacy settings are strict from the start.
Can I keep the report forever?
No. Footage links and clips are deleted 14 days after completion, and the whole record after 30. The report downloads as a ZIP, so we recommend saving it within the window.
Can you analyse a whole team?
For now we only offer individual analysis of one player. Team-level analysis is not something we do.
